2. What personal data we process
In running our website and providing our services, we may process the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- The content of your message or enquiry
- IP address and browser data (cookies)
3. Why we process it
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Communication: Replying to the questions and requests you send through the contact form
- Analytics: Measuring traffic and improving the user experience
- Marketing: Remarketing and ad targeting (with your consent)
4. Who we share it with
We only share data with the processors the website cannot run without. We do not sell it or pass it on to anyone else:
- Vercel: website hosting and content delivery.
- Resend: sending emails from the forms.
- Google: Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, only if you allow analytics cookies.
- Meta: Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, only if you allow marketing cookies. Contact details are only ever shared as an irreversible hash, never in readable form.
Some of these processors may process data outside the European Union, always on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies
The website needs essential cookies to work, and they cannot be turned off. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your settings at any time with the Cookies button in the website footer.
